In 2023, Clarke introduced a new Nylon Supported Rubber (NSR) Heat Exchanger on all Clarke C13H, C18H, DP6H, DQ6H, DR8H, DS0H, and DT2H dry heat exchanger cooled engines. The new NSR heat exchangers allow for easy serviceability with removable end caps to allow the copper tubes to be cleaned. In addition to our compact design, there are now castings which allow for us to ship a pre-installed zinc anode with a spin-on drain, helping to eliminate misplaced pieces during delivery.
In 2024, we expanded the NSR release for US produced mechanical JU4H and JU6H series engines as well as high speed Mechanical JU4/JU6 and Electronic Tier 3 JU4H and JU6H engine models.
In 2025, we plan to finish the NSR release on US produced JW series engines and engines manufactured and shipped from Clarke Scotland.
To assist with this component transition, the Clarke website has been updated with new engine installation drawings, engine specification sheets, material construction and operations manuals.
