COOLING LOOP CALCULATOR
Beginning January 1, 2015, Clarke Cooling Loops are sized for each Clarke engine for 100°F (38°C) raw water temperature (Refer to Installation & Operational Engine Data Sheet). In addition, the standard conditions for sizing are: 80 psi (5.5 bar) inlet pressure, 60 psi (4.1 bar) pressure regulator setting, and 10 psi residual pressure at the outlet of the heat exchanger.
For fire pump engine applications with conditions different from the standard conditions above, please provide the application specific site conditions to Clarke by filling in the information below. You can also size the cooling loop by running the Clarke Cooling Loop Calculator. (Note: By providing all application specific site conditions; the final cooling loop size selection may not have to increase (if some of the site conditions are less than the standard sizing conditions stated above).
